Role Overview

The Sr. Enterprise Account Manager is the single point of contact responsible for driving new sales with one of the world’s Top 5 financial institutions for the pursuit team representing sales of security services. This role will drive and support new opportunities while working across Dell SecureWorks to drive new solutions in the account.

The priorities for this role will focus on identifying, qualifying, and closing strategic new sales opportunity with the Bank, with the ultimate goal of achieving growth targets. The role will utilize both a leadership and consultative sales approach to map Dell SecureWorks service offerings into the financial institution. Preferred locations for this role are Charlotte NC, New York, NY, or Southern California.



Responsibilities

- Integral in building out Dell SecureWorks as a standard pillar within the Client environment

- Work across many different internal organizations to drive Dell SecureWorks solutions

- Have a strategic perspective, executive presence and leadership skills with the ability to interface at various levels of influencers and executives

- Deliver on-site presentations highlighting Dell SecureWorks capabilities

- Effectively map Dell SecureWorks solutions to meet client needs

- Work across Dell SecureWorks Operations, Finance, Legal, Product Management, Threat Intelligence and Security & Risk Consulting teams to solution strategic opportunities



QualificationsRequirements

- At least 10 years of experience in account management or direct sales role selling network security and information security solutions, managed services or consulting

- Proven past performance achieving sales targets in a large, strategic accounts, preferably within a client

- Strong technical acumen

- Experience working with complex, sophisticated enterprise clients, preferably in financial industry

- Proven experience in managing complex teams and client relations



Preferred

- One certification: CISSP, CISM, GIAC (any), PCI, QSA, CEH

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher

- Previous experience selling security services or complex security software
