Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.



As a Team Lead, you will lead and coach high-performing teams that use consultative sales skills to understand our advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions. You also work with the Sales leadership team to set strategic objectives and run the day-to-day operations for your team. Team Leads help their teams deliver on ambitious targets to exceed business and merchant growth across markets and verticals. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow.



Responsibilities


  • Provide performance management of the team. Develop a highly rewarding, high performing team culture. Represent your team/program in target setting for your region and market. Create a fun and engaging environment for team members.

  • Coach and mentor your team to build relevant, researched keyword lists and groupings and create/copyedit text for client advertising campaigns, including pre-maximizations for new clients.

  • Ensure your team is always up to date with the newest advertiser solutions.

  • Work with and own projects among the wider management team to deliver cohesive and coordinated strategy development of the sales programs.





  • Minimum qualifications

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.





  • Preferred qualifications

  • Proven history of sales experience within media or the online industry.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects at one time.

  • Demonstrated analytical skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high quality work against aggressive deadlines. Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities. Demonstrated capacity to roll out complex, data-driven marketing campaigns.

  • Fluency in English.
