Order Management – Sales Operations / Corporate Solutions
Responsibilities:
- Review and accurately process on average 20 contracts a day using CRM and ERP systems by the second month.
- Support the US sales territories requests and questions within a 4-hour SLA, and a 2-hour SLA for Strategic Account Executives by the third month.
- Contribute to the Order Management team by being responsible for reviewing a specific report to ensure accuracy by the fourth month.
- Support a Strategic Account Executive with order generation by the sixth month.
- Regularly identify and report trending issues in weekly order management meetings.
Requirements:
- Ability to process a high volume of transactions with proficiency, accuracy and integrity.
- Strong business acumen, organizational, time management skills and attention to detail required.
- Understanding of organizational order management processes- (a background in sales would also be beneficial.)
- Basic understanding of revenue recognition rules in order to read and understand various sales agreements to the extent required to extract relevant information.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills within all areas including verbal and written are required- Customer Facing demeanor must be on par with Highest Levels of Customer Service standards.
- A strong commitment to working with a team, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining professionalism is required.
- General awareness of PowerPoint or basic design background a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a sales or marketing organization is required.
