· Manages the transportation vendor relationships.
· Manages transportation carrier’s service and reliability for specific routes.
· Regularly reviews on-time performance with vendors.
· Ensures orders shipped are complete prior to shipment to customer.
· Manages claims process with transportation providers when products are damaged or stolen in transit.
· CPB innitiaves and tracking of savings of each initiatives monthly/Quarterly
· Maintaining Box Dimension is system
· Business Control - Internal & External Audits
· - BCRP’s and CSA’s
· - Record retention
· - Audit – hub, box dimms, outbound on hold, process review
· - Outbound Invoice and billing verification

· Freight Billing verification
· Review of BRD on new project launched
· Participate in UAT test in new application/system launched
· Review and approve on urgent shipment request
· Managing exception delivery/ad hoc request by various function such as split delivery/partial delivery
· Managing warehouse activities to meet SLA inclusive of 3PL /SnP receiving
· Resolving shipment that stuck at customs/VAT/compliance/COO
· End to End SNI management for SnP order
· Inventory audit in FC quarterly
· Negotiation of additional charges by carrier
· Set up vendor code for new service provider for freight billing and VAT billing
· Review SOW for RFQ and pricing structure
· Managing unshippable backlog in hub
· Velocity/Cycle time reduction
· Differentiated network fulfilment (air, truck, sea)
· Monitor to ensure quarter commitment shipment are met to maximize revenue recognition
· FC project management and Order exception management
· BTS/Quick Ship inventory tracking
· Coordination on CFS request by Sales such as consolidation , special project
· Daily up;ift monitoring and capacity planning
· Large deal coordination
· Monitor allocation or gap out management
· Quality - Missing, Wrong & Damage (MWD metrics)
· - Dell Security
· - Global Cost of Dissatisfaction Programs & Metrics
· Reserved logistic/COA management
· EBC briefing Leadtime maintainance in system
QualificationsQualification:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics.
- Have knowledge of basic Microsoft tools
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong customer focus
- Strong analytical skills and good attention to details
- Ability to live with ambiguity
- High drive for results
