ADP is hiring a Customer SSupport Specialist I. In this position, you'll join a team of rock star professionals who are responsible for ensuring every customer interaction is a best-in-class experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Client Support Associate tasks include providing telephone and email support, troubleshooting, and solutions to customers experiencing installation, training questions, and program error messages with the MasterTax software.
- This involves researching tax rules and the MasterTax manuals, as well as testing program changes and enhancements.
- Teamwork is essential in this role.
Position Requirements:
- Must have payroll tax experience
- Demonstrated expertise utilizing Webex and/or GoTo Live Meeting
- Ability to effectively troubleshoot external client issues
- Exceptional problem solving skills/out of the box approach
- The ability to conduct Internet research
- Proficiency using Excel, Word and Outlook
- Articulate and upbeat communication skills
- Effective customer service skills are required
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- At least 1 year of previous experience
- High school diploma
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
- Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
- Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations
Organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner - Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently and make sound decisions
- Bachelor's degree
