• EMR Application Support

• Handling Incidents and providing Resolution within the defined SLA

• Perform daily Monitoring Tasks.

• Have a strong understanding on Application Support Processes.

• Perform patching (Server Reboot and Testing)

• Ready to Provide rotational 24/7 on-call operational support including weekends and Holidays.

• Participate in the creation and update of support documentations.

• Participate in the creation of work instructions and knowledge base articles.



Qualifications Required Skills

• 2 - 4 years of IT Application Support experience required.

• Extensive skills with Application Support (ITIL Knowledge would be preferable)

• Thorough understanding of MS Office tools

• Thorough understanding of any Ticketing tool.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and WIlling to work in Shifts



Desired Skills

• Understanding of basic SQL.

• Knowledge on Healthcare and any related field would be preferable.

• Knowledge on Meditech or any Healthcare application would be preferable.
