SUMMARY:
The Product Marketing Director will be responsible for developing Community Cloud messaging, presentations, demos, sales tools and training. The Product Marketing Manager will lead Community Cloud pipeline generation efforts and develop new integrated campaigns and assets. The Product Marketing Manager will work with campaign, creative and online teams to ensure Community Cloud's representation and performance across all campaigns, events and online efforts. The Product Marketing Manager give presentations to customers and prospects and coworkers to articulate the impact communities have on business.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with Community Cloud team to make us the most recognized and lauded enterprise social platform on the market; be a thought leader in business collaboration and evangelize the value of Community Cloud.
Support sales efforts and increase adoption and revenue through identification of successful sales strategies, development of sales tools and assets as well as the delivery of impactful training.
Collaborate with our award-winning corporate marketing and creative teams to deliver web content, videos, strategic communications and other marketing assets.
Work closely with our sales and partner community to deliver world-class engagement with our customers.
Create engaging presentations for multiple audiences and forums. Deliver stage presentations and webinars in a compelling manner.
Deliver updated product content for each new Community Cloud release.
Develop, refine and deliver Community Cloud product content for field sales enablement.
Present Community Cloud in live presentations and webinars.
Guide the development of compelling demos to be used in the sales process, at events and in live or online marketing presentations.
Develop Community Cloud messaging and work with corporate marketing team to ensure its implementation across all channels (online, web, events, field sales). Continually test and refine message to ensure it is consistent business goals and Salesforce messaging.
Work successfully with Campaigns, Creative, and Online teams to implement, test and optimize Community Cloud message and offers.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
6+ years experience in product marketing
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
PERSONAL EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
High energy, charismatic, innovative, creative
Stellar public speaking skills
Demonstrated ability in launching and growing innovative products, preferably with familiarity of the cloud/SaaS and social / collaboration space
Strong communication and writing skills and ability to work across business lines
Proven track record in performing well in a fast paced environment
Organizational skills to manage competing projects with tight deadlines effectively
Proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content
MBA a plus (but we also love brilliant people who didn't go to business school)
Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence
