OASP Development Senior J2EE Engineer: We are seeking a senior engineer to join our high performing, agile development team located in Beijing, China. The team is responsible for development and maintenance of OASP (Oracle Advanced Support Platform), a high profile project within the ACS Solution Engineering group. OASP is a fully integrated, ITIL-based operations management framework that supports the delivery of multiple Advanced Customer Service offerings from Oracle. Required Skills Thorough understanding of Java EE architecture, with a focus on JSF, JPA, and EJB Expert programmer in Java Experience working with Weblogic application servers Good experience on writing SOAP and RESTful web services Fluent in SQL and some experience with the Oracle database Experience on Scrum Development Good knowledge of Windows/UNIX operating system Good Communication and teamwork Strong self-motivation Fluency in English 3+ years of industry experience 3+ years Portal development experience BS/MS in computer science or related field.



Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.



As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.



Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
