Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

DoubleClick is the world’s leading end-to-end media buying platform, providing ad technology across all aspects of the buying process from ad serving to analytics. We call this suite of products DoubleClick Digital Marketing (DDM).

Programmatic buying represents a significant portion of current digital media spend, opening up new opportunities for publishers and advertisers to match audiences with relevant and compelling ads in a scalable and efficient way.

Media Buying Solutions (Dublin) provides class leading account management and support to our most complex and impactful DoubleClick customers across EMEA, working with agencies and end clients to deliver superior performance across the stack.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of DDM Account Managers to deliver business and performance objectives, focusing on campaign delivery, customer Key Performance Indicators and product levers
  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop robust and scalable support structures for DDM account managers and end clients
  • Partner with internal support teams to deliver seamless support per client segmentation
  • Partner with other Google Sales teams to deliver a coordinated service approach to common advertisers
  • Represent a portfolio of clients and agencies, working closely with partners to understand their needs and deliver best in class account manager and campaign performance


  • Minimum qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business, communications, other related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working with Account Managers and managing escalations to resolution within the Portfolio.
  • Experience working with Sales/Solutions teams to ensure client transition from contract signing to engagement.


  • Preferred qualifications
  • Ability to act with a high degree of autonomy and deliver results under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • People management experience, managing an effective team and achieving big, well-defined goals and effectively working with distributed team members.
