Work with the product and engineering divisions of Independent and 3rd party software vendors and partners. Drive and enable your engineering team to push the adoption of Oracle Systems technologies to the ISVs. Drive ISV product availability, sizing and benchmarks, developer outreach & evangelism, and collateral with China and APAC ISVs.

- Engineering Partnership with ISVs

• Build & strengthen Oracle System's ISVs product portfolio & market
• Expand Oracle System's partner engineering footprint & market share through joint engineering
• Work with Sales/Marketing to identify key partner focus areas
• Develop/share/execute overall technical acct plan for key partners
• Develop and nurture engineering relationships with partners
• Influence partner products & solution direction towards Oracle Systems
• Execute price/performance, technology adoption, integration, POC projects
• Generate marketing/sales collateral for PR/benchmarks
• Work with Oracle product teams with feedback to help build market leading products
• Maintain ISV dashboard reporting and communicate

- Engineering Management

• Recruit & develop high performance engineering team that delivers compelling joint engineering and performance with ISV products
• Build a cohesive, well aligned team that works with global counterparts
• Build a high impact team that influences engineering across Oracle
• Foster an open, feedback-driven and customer focused team
