An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
a) Should have advanced knowledge of end-to-end OSS domain.
b) Should be able to implement product, integrate with other systems, design end to end solution.
c) Should be able to gather business and technical requirement from customer and translate them into effective solution.
d) Should have good knowledge in at least two of the Oracle OSS products, namely, UIM, OSM, MSS, IPSA, ASAP, N/w Discovery, N/w Integrity, N/w Intelligence.
e) Should have done minimum five mid-size or three large implementations in any of these Oracle OSS products.
f) Should have played technical lead role in at least two implementations.
g) Should be able to work both as an individual or in a team and ability to drive work.
h) Effective customer engagement skill
Ability to manage the team will be added advantage.
Requires:
1) Minimum 3 years of experience in Telecom.
2) Education - Should have done BE/BTech/MCA/MTech in any of this branch - Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications.
3) Knowledge and implementation experience in at least two of the Oracle OSS products, namely, UIM, OSM, MSS, IPSA, ASAP, N/w Discovery, N/w Integrity, N/w Intelligence.
4) Good skill in Java, J2EE, XML, WebLogic, Oracle RDBMS
5) Good communication skills - should be able to articulate ideas and concepts in writing and oral communication.
6) Good interpersonal skills.
