We're looking for a talented and collaborative Paralegal willing to take on new challenges and become an integrated part of working with Salesforcers globally as part of our Global Ethics & Integrity Team.

Responsibilities:
  • With oversight from the AGC of Global Ethics & Integrity, help develop trainings on various topics to be used in the U.S. and internationally
  • Monitor and track employee Outside Business Activities
  • Help enhance anti-bribery, anti-corruption, export controls, conflict of interest, and political law programs
  • Participate in investigations on Code of Conduct issues
  • Assist counsel with compliance risk assessments, policy gap analyses, and policy organization and administration

Required Skills/Experience:
  • Ability to work simultaneously on wide range of projects as part of the team
  • Superior organization skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to develop and maintain education tools for corporate compliance issues
  • Comfort with preparing in-depth PowerPoint presentations for use by attorneys -
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Keen intellect with an insatiable curiosity
  • Comfort with all things IT
  • A proactive nature and "can-do" attitude
  • Discretion as to the sensitive nature of compliance activities
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and manage deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding work environment

Desired Skills/Experience:
  • Paralegal degree from an ABA approved program
  • Three years prior experience working in a legal support position in a fast-paced environment
  • Sense of humor
