The ISV/OEM Business Development team is responsible for market development, thought leadership and deal support.  The team takes a programmatic approach to developing new business with Oracle software partners around key growth areas like Cloud, Engineered Systems and the Internet of Things.

As part of the CLOUD business development strategy Oracle is looking to hire a Business Development Manager who will look after the business through iSVs/OEM in EMEA, one of the strongest regions for this business line.

The focus of this role will be to drive new business with SaaS and Hosted ISV applications running on Oracle software (Database and Middleware), Oracle Hardware and on the Oracle Cloud Services. This person will be measured on growth of software licensing.  The ideal candidate will have a deep background in the SaaS and Cloud market.  They will be experienced in solving the SaaS ISV challenge around scaling an application platform to meet growth expectations while also maintaining customer SLAs and company COGs targets
