As we expand our Cloud offering with adding to our portfolio of products, we are looking for a seasoned Supply Chain Management functional domain expert to manage the launch of these new products to customers and partners. You will work as central resource in Fusion SCM to oversee Launch activities.  You'll be working with key product managers in SCM  to support our launch activities that include the  Release Content Document (RCD), Release Training and What's New document.   You'll help aggregate, organize, review and synthesize program and project information to communicate to SCM product managers.   


Responibilities:  

Review SCM launch material for adherence to guidelines and functional accuracy.  
Act as SCM central point of contact to Launch team.  
Disseminate information and provide guidance to SCM product managers on launch deliverables. 
Ensure high quality, on-time launch deliverables for SCM.   
Communicate effectively with people at all levels in the organization. 
Get cooperation and action from people not under his/her direct supervision.

Troubleshoot network problems on the campus network, remote locations and the Irish wide area network though to resolution exercising independent judgment and creativity. Perform Project Engineering including specification definition, design of solution in compliance with corporate standards, implementation, testing through to production. Respond to monitor alarms to identify the root cause of an outage and coordinate the corrective action in a timely fashion. Provide technical and product leadership to management and contribute to Global IT policy. Provide on-call support services as needed and lead others in complex situations.
