Description:

Salesforce.com is currently looking for a Trainee to support the Director EMEA CFL (Customers for Life) Sales Strategy and Operations.You will work closely with our Leadership team in EMEA on critical business transformation and sales operations. This will be an initial 6-10month contract with the view to a permanent position within Salesforce.

Responsibilities:



• Working closely with our Sales and Customer Success operations tools – Taking responsibility of updating and improving forecasting and scorecard operations methodologies using in Microsoft Excel, the Salesforce.com reporting tools with past, present and future weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual data.

• Maintaining and improving Sales and Customer Success Performance Metrics – Construction of a weekly performance pack by aggregating and evaluating key metrics to drive insight and best practices within the entire EMEA organisation.

• Building Reports trough SAP Business Objects – Creation of different types of ad hoc reports to meet different requests from other people inside the team.

• Working on various Power Point Slides – Creation, updating and population of different slides matching various requests for senior management reviews.

• Drive best practices and reporting of pipeline generation across EMEA – Working closely within the team to produce Pipeline generation reports based on data from SAP Business Objects.

• Population of charts within the Salesforce platform to drive insight – Producing high level overviews for insight at a glance.

• Visualisation of core Sales Analytics

• Responding to various other high level requests that came up daily.



Keys Skills/Experience



• 0-1 year experience ideally in large corporate environment

• Native English and other languages beneficial

• Recently Graduated in Economics, Maths, Statistic, Finance, or another relevant degree

• Great knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Salesforce tools and advanced Excel skills are a plus

• A hunger to succeed in a fast paced, innovative environment

• An outgoing, open personality with a clear desire to learn and develop
