Healthcare IT Business Systems Analyst Trainer – for Dell Services

Dell products and services enable our customers to achieve their goals by solving their most critical technology initiatives. We are currently looking for a Business Systems Analyst Trainer to join our Healthcare Payer IT Implementation Team.



The Business Systems Analyst Trainer will train internal configuration employees as well as client end-users on several platforms in a healthcare payer environment.



***This is a virtual/remote role which will require up to 25% travel



Responsibilities will include:



- Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within the organization

- Conduct training courses, both on-site and on-line, for the various application to include lectures and hands-on sessions

- Assist in the design and development of training programs and curriculums, both on-site and on-line

- Create training agenda’s, materials, and updates as needed

- Monitor and review the progress of trainees

- Conduct train the trainer workshops for client and internal trainers

- Research and assist in writing technical and user manuals to support training

- Prepare lesson plans including developing and preparing training materials such as manuals, handouts, instructor guides and audiovisuals

- Work with business units to conduct needs assessments to ensure training needs are met

- Communicate effectively in visual, verbal and written form



QualificationsRequirements

- 8-10 years of relevant Healthcare experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience (i.e. undergraduate degree and 4-6 years relevant experience)

- 3-5 years of healthcare insurance payer systems (ikaSystems, Facets, QNXT, Xcelys, DIAMOND 950, Peradigm, AMISYS, xpress, etc.), implementation, or equivalent consulting experience

- 2-4 years of training experience

- Experience delivering training to varied audiences

- Experience with training in the classroom, virtual and e-learning (Articulate is a plus)

- Knowledge of system development methodology, project management, system architecture and analytical/problem solving skills



Preferences

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training/experience

- Experience with Articulate e-Learning software
