Customer Wow Consultant

Location: New York City



The Desk.com WOW Consultant will provide guidance and implement the right solution in order to empower customers and ensure they get the most out of Desk.com . The WOW Consultant will use their problem-skills to resolve configure Desk.com and to meet the customer business needs. The Consultant will also leverage their deep product expertise to help influence decisions across the Desk.com organization - from helping Sales close deals to helping Product design the right features.



This is a great role for someone that has the right technical skills and client management experience to become a trusted partner with customers. The role provides a great opportunity to become a thought leader and help design new innovative ways to drive customer success.



What you’ll be doing:

· Be an expert on Desk.com features and capabilities

· Problem-solve complex customer use cases and manage customer engagements from start to finish

· Manage customer relationships and become trusted advisor

· Mentor and train clients to maintain their systems

· Be a customer advocate and leverage frontline insights to drive Product decisions

· Work with sales teams to assist in proposals, presentations, and demos for key deals

· Help ensure knowledge is distributed among the team and to the customers



The ideal candidate:

· Working knowledge of web development technologies and concepts including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Databases

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Knowledge of systems integrations and API apps

· Strong knowledge of cloud services/technologies

· Ability to link business processes with product/technical solutions and be able to implement those solutions

· Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to solving issues

· Constantly look for innovative ways to improve team performance

· Ability to effectively multi-task and meet high goals

· 1-5 years experience of implementing cloud solutions

· 1-5 years of project management experience

· 1-2 years of working on Support team or Support software
