If you're passionate about digital innovation, come help revolutionize how companies collaborate and communicate with customers. We are looking for a talented sales person to join our successful and highly motivated CX Cloud & Mobile Apps Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling Oracle CX Cloud & Mobile Apps within an assigned geographical or vertical market.
- Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales and expanding existing accounts.
- Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence.
- Territory identification and research, to formalize a go to market territory strategy and create qualified target account list within 30 days.
- Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated market sector(s).
- Engage with prospect organizations to position Oracle CX Cloud & Mobile Apps through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data.
- Manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Pre Sales Consultants, Oracle Consulting, Executives, Partners etc.
- Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation.
- Daily update of the Oracle Sales Cloud system with accurate customer and pipeline data.
- Monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- >3 years of relevant experience of selling enterprise software solutions, including a proven successful track record on working with public & private Sector accounts on the Dutch market.
- CRM application sales or vertical Industry sector experience essential.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong result orientation.
- Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets.
- Credibility at all levels, including CxO.
- Fluency in Dutch and English language.
- Good presentation skills.
- Be creative with strong problem solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast paced environment.
- Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team.
