Job Summary

Responsible for delivering revenue and margin numbers in the assigned territory through a direct sales force selling Oracle's CX portfolio.

 

Job Description

The main responsibilities include:

 

  • Achieve regional sales goals for the territory, focusing on revenue and growth.
  • Build and execute a sales strategy to develop and manage sales pipelines, product mix and revenue/margin in the territory
  • Direct management of the Sales teams on major SaaS and On-premise deals, calling for sales specialist expertise whenever needed.
  • Develop, recommend and implement a comprehensive sales approach for the territory in agreement with the Sales Director
  • Works with channels to identify, recruit and engage resellers and other partners, to develop and grow a sustainable Social Media pipeline in the non-direct accounts.
  • Act as the Social Media owner and evangelist in the territory Responsible for managing the opportunities throughout the lifetime of the sale (qualification, prioritization, direct or partner resource allocation).
  • Ensure sales teams include sales plans in the account plans for all direct touch accounts.
  • Participate in account planning for all large customers
  • Ensures ongoing knowledge transfer of product set to sales team and channel partners.
  • Drives measurements, planning, forecasting of the MSE team activity in the territory
  • Provides regular business updates to management teams regarding revenue and overall business performance
  • Able to build credibility with customer's executive management
  • Engage with key supporting functions within Oracle
  • Gives Deep knowledge of Social Media offering and its requirement as necessary
