VoIP Quality Assurance Engineer

The Oracle Communications Global Business Unit (Acme Packet technology) is seeking a Software Quality Assurance consultant to focus on the design, development, and delivery of automated software quality assurance tests to exercise customized feature plugins to be used on the Acme Packet SBC product lines.  The following points profile a well-qualified candidate for this position:

• Experienced SQA engineer represented with at least 3 years of successful software quality test leveraging any of the following scripting languages:  Tcl/Tk (Preferred), Perl, Python, Bash.
• Ability to interface directly with customers to gather and discuss feature requirements
• Preferable to have experience in data networking: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN
• Knowledge in voice traffic, SIP Trunking, routing, Session management, communication applications and BYOD a plus
• Knowledge in Unified Communications, WEB RTC (Web Real-Time Communication) a plus
• Position based in Bedford, MA
