Responsabilities:



Channel Solutions It organization is seeking a software developer to join an energetic, fast paced environment. You will work on the development of a global system oriented to support computer-telephony integration (CTI) systems for Dell.



As a software developer analyst, you will be expected to drive technical solutions to integrate CTI and other package applications to Dell global systems as well as help customize and configure the solution to answer Dell Needs.



Qualifications Requirements:



C/C# development experience

Telecom experience desired

Microsoft Solution Framework desired

Relevant project/program methodology, software development lifecycle methodology certification or working knowledge.

Good interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills.

Spoken and written English

Oral and written communication skills.
