We have an exciting opportunity available for a Product Consultant to join our Customer Success team. Our team inspire and empower customers to connect talent with opportunity, create business value, and become lifelong LinkedIn advocates. We enable our customers to be successful and feel successful.
What we do
Product Consultants partner with customers post-sales to ensure the adoption and implementation of their LinkedIn Talent Solution. Our focus for our customers is to ensure optimal results and maximum ROI with the solution. We provide talent acquisition consulting, workforce planning expertise, product consulting, and education planning and delivery as well as consultative advice to our customers. We offer educational support activities at-scale and facilitate group sessions with our customers, and we use metrics and data-driven insights to drive greater customer engagement.

Desired Skills and Experience
We’re looking for someone with a background in recruitment, human resources, talent acquisition, workforce planning or organisational design. We’re looking for a team player with a willingness to collaborate and support others to achieve their goals, and someone comfortable working within a cross-functional, global team. Strong communication skills coupled with a confident public presence is essential. We work with a variety of different organisations of all shapes and sizes, so we’re looking for someone who displays great consultative skills, being able to guide, influence and add value to conversations.
This position can be based in Sydney or Melbourne and travel is involved 25% of the time.
