Job Description



Dell Inc.'s wholly owned subsidiary Dell Services Federal Government, Inc. (DSFG) is seeking a Systems Engineer in our Fayetteville, NC location to provide Information Technology solutions to support the projects and clients' environments. We provide dedicated support and enhancements for information technologies and network systems for this very important government client to meet their mission!



The Systems Engineer will be responsible for the overall systems infrastructure including engineering, implementation and integration, and technical services and support. Defines specifications for operating systems applications and modifies/maintains existing applications. Designs, installs, maintains, and administers infrastructure including hardware, software, and various configurations. Designs and deploys systems based on business/user requirements.



Required Skills



- Worked in a military IT environment

- Experience designing and implementing an Enterprise Server 2008 R2 environment

- Experience designing and implementing VMWare infrastructure

- Experience designing and configuring NetApp storage infrastructure

- Experience designing enterprise environment for Exchange and SCCM

- Experience designing SQL failover cluster



- Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI



Desired Skills



- Experience working with Cisco Call Manager



Education



- SEC+ CE

- Active TS clearance



Experience



Typically requires at least 10 years relevant experience without a Degree; 4+ years relevant experience with Undergraduate Degree; 3+ years relevant experience with Graduate Degree
