Dell IT is seeking a Solution Architect to join the Data Integration (B2B) team focused on delivering timely and frictionless information exchange between Dell and its Trading partners including Retailers, Suppliers, Service Providers, Distributors, Logistic providers. This is an incredible opportunity to join a high-performing team and responsibilities include:

• Ensure the tools and technologies meet uptime, performance and service level agreements. Contributes to Capacity Planning and High Availability initiatives for the team


• Resolves operational issues as they arise by partnering with Application Management Support(L1/L2)


• Actively participate in all aspects of the development lifecycle: requirements, development, quality control, deployment and maintenance; monitor and adjust the team’s Agile process as needed.


• Responsible for the technical solution in support of team’s Project and Platform portfolio.


• Develop best practices, standards for the tools and technologies


• Keep up-to-date with current and upcoming technologies and standards and leverage accordingly to meet business and IT objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent job experience in IT


• Minimum 5 years’ experience across multiple disciplines such as requirements gathering, Platform Engineering, Development and project management


• Experience supporting high-volume B2B transactions Platform


• Transforming high-level requirements to design and creating prototypes


• Experience in working with RDBMS like ORACLE and SQL Server.


• Experience with B2B gateway configurations and partner onboarding, preferred products - Bizmanager/Bizlink, securelink and axway product suite.


• Experience with using Agile methodologies; working knowledge of other development methodologies like Iterative and Waterfall


• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with business and technical team members;
