Role
The Executive Compensation Manager is an individual contributor and will be responsible for providing key support to the Executive and Equity Compensation function. Primary responsibilities will be focused on delivery of quality and accurate Board materials, benchmarking and survey analysis, process improvement, and reporting / metrics. This role requires analytical, attention to detail, problem solving and influence skills, in order to deliver across a complex global organization.
Responsibilities:
- This role will report directly to the Director, Executive and Equity Compensation
- Support our entire organization in all executive and equity compensation-related matters
- Prepares materials for Board of Directors/Compensation Committee meetings (e.g. materials for quarterly meetings, monthly stock grant requests...)
- Serve as a subject matter expert to Recruiters and HR Business Partners
- Analyze data from executive compensation surveys for market pricings, salary structure developments, and special executive pay reviews
- Analyze and prepare reports as needed
Required Experience:
- Bachelors degree required with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in compensation
- Expertise in statistical analysis, and modeling is required
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, influence, problem solve, and successfully collaborate and communicate with clients on various levels is essential
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience working in the high-tech industry or a fast growth environment are preferred but not required
- Understanding of executive compensation and equity in a global setting plus prior consulting experience is a plus
