Heroku's platform is becoming increasingly popular for web application deployment. Our customers are deploying incredibly exciting applications and we need to guide them in getting the most out of the platform across their entire organization. We're hiring Customer Solution Architects to foster the technical success and overall happiness of our customers.
Ideal CSA candidates have web development experience and proven success building strong relationships with customers. If you have those characteristics coupled with a desire to apply those skills to make Heroku's top-tier customers fanatic Heroku fans, we want to meet you!
CSAs are responsible for getting new customers quickly up to speed on Heroku, ensuring that they get the most out of the platform, helping them continue to develop and expand their successful use of Heroku, and uncover additional opportunities to deploy on the platform.
Responsibilities include:
- Training new customers on Heroku
- Maintaining a high retention rate of customers you manage
- Building strong relationships with developers and business contacts
- Expanding the use of Heroku broadly within the organizations you manage
- Showing customers how Heroku's deployment model can save time, money & support innovation
- Championing technical & business side issues for customers
- Making Heroku customers wildly successful
You should be passionate about:
- Heroku's polyglot platform
- Web development and deployment
- Scaling high traffic web applications
- Engaging with customers to make them successful using Heroku
- Customer facing experience as well as exposure to modern web languages like Ruby, Python, and Node.js in a development capacity are required.
This position is open for local, to San Francisco, and remote employees.
