Role and Responsibilities
Owns North America sales development for the Intel/Dell Enterprise Solutions Group product portfolio, focused on driving unit growth and share of wallet.
· Own the Intel engagement with Dell’s sales teams (inside and outside)
o Develop collaborative relationship with Dell’s technical sales leadership team
o Coordinate, create and deliver, in partnership with the Regional CoC, sales training for Intel products & technologies
§ Lunch & learns, office hours, floor walks, product launch events, etc…
o Create and execute sales incentives to help reach Dell/Intel growth goals
o Be the primary point of contact for sales support of strategic opportunities
o Coordinate sales enablement programs and secure appropriate funding
§ Evaluation units, demo labs, demo units, etc…
o Manage pipeline reviews for key strategic platforms & technologies
§ Xeon based server products and technologies such as SSDs, Networking and Software
o Help drive Intel participation in large scale Dell/customer events
§ Solution Summit, (duplication with Solutions Summit), Field Readiness Seminar, Dell World, etc…
o Create virtual sales kits based on customized Intel technical marketing collateral
o Coordinate and lead regional partner planning/quarterly reviews between Intel and ESG Sales
o Participate in Global Partner Planning Sessions/Reviews
QualificationsQualifications and Education Requirements
· 4+ years of sales and/or sales training experience
· Experience in the technology industry, specifically computer hardware
· Undergraduate college degree preferred
· Ability to travel to Dell call centers and events (primarily Oklahoma City & Nashville)
Preferred Skills
· Strong sales skills and the ability to develop deep strategic relationships
· Excellent presentation skills and ability to speak in front of large audiences
· Basic working knowledge of computer architecture (CPU, chipset, hard drive, etc…)
· Flexibility to adapt to the rapidly changing technology market
· Ability to navigate large, complex companies and organizations
· Ability to lead cross functional teams
· Exhibit the discipline to be productive with limited management supervision
