We are seeking an incentive based Outside Sales Specialist who will team with Dell colleagues and peers to generate, qualify, and close business.

Role Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end Dell Data Protection (DDPE) sales activities for accounts in assigned Latin America region.
• Introduce DDPE and the End User Computing Security Point of View proposition. Additionally understand & be able to articulate Dell's Security Point of View. Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the data protection solution, technical architecture, industry characteristics, and competitive environment and be able to effectively communicate to customer senior management.
• Proactively maintain and service opportunities assigned to your team to ensure consistent growth of territory customer base.
• Work closely with marketing and field-based teams to comprehend intent of specific campaigns and provide closed loop follow up of all leads.
• Consistently update Salesforce.com on opportunity status.
• Perform duties in a complete, timely, energetic, courteous, friendly, sensitive and proactive manner.
• Complete other duties and responsibilities as required.
• Maintain and overachieve assigned sales quota requirements

Qualifications Qualifications - Requirements

• Outside sales or relevant outside sales experience in the corporate vertical
• Demonstrated / tested ability to take initiative and be a rainmaker.
• Demonstrated ability to give presentations both one-on-one and in group setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent phone and communication skills.
• Innate and overwhelming desire to sell.
• Experience working with Microsoft suite of software and very proficient with Salesforce.com
• Must be able to work in the Latin America Region
• Must have excellent interpersonal and customer facing selling skills
• Able to handle significant autonomy and responsibility.
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)
