Hybrid Inside / Outside Sales Rep – Emerging Markets - Redwood Shores CA – Resume to mc.didone@oracle.com
Location: Redwood Shores, CA
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS or BA degree
- 5+ years work experience
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment
- Demonstrated knowledge of selling value in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with customers/prospects
- Aggressive, great attitude, strong organizational skills and a self-starter
- Ability to network and leverage a virtual team of resources
- Solid forecasting skills
- Desire to work in a competitive environment where one’s growth potential is driven by one’s abilities and attitude
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and close Oracle Technology sales focused on the full tech stack – database and fusion middleware
- There is no field sales counterpart therefore this is an inside sales / customer facing (hybrid) – local territory travel approximately 4 days per month (25% travel)
- Emerging Markets is considered a fast growing start up market $100M and below
- Manage and close Oracle Technology sales opportunities through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy and planning
- Ability to identify a customer’s business needs and articulate how Oracle’s solutions can address those needs
- Identify qualified sales opportunities in both new and existing customer accounts through well-planned demand generation efforts
- Develop and execute an orchestrated sales territory execution strategy to optimize account penetration and revenue
- Accurately forecast revenues on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Accountable to individual and team commitments
- Continually drive overall and product-specific revenue growth in your sales territory
- Collaborate with the Field Sales team as well as other members of the virtual team on account strategy, demand generation and deal execution
- Ability to travel local territory as needed (25% travel)
These roles report into Oracle HQ – Redwood Shores, CA
