• Reports to Vice President, Global Sales & Consulting Operations
• Global Leader of Sales Reporting & Analytics strategy and platforms
• Key business partner to Global Functions and Divisional Operations leaders
• Manage team of 50+

 

Responsibilities:

A senior member of the Global Sales Operations team, the Vice President/Senior Director of Reporting & Analytics will be responsible for defining and managing all Global reporting & analytics platforms internally deployed within Sales & Consulting at Oracle. This includes driving business/solution requirements, operational integrity, data access security and user experience, on core business intelligence platforms:

• The individual will manage a team of business analysts, BI specialists and data architects of 50+ and report directly to the Vice President of Global Sales & Consulting Operations.
• Drive key global initiatives both through direct staff and via a matrix organization
• Facilitate Sales reporting strategy for the Global Operations and Finance leadership team
• Design and Implement next generation Bsiness Intelligence dashboards for all management levels in Sales
• Manage the operational platform for Global Sales reporting ensuring accuracy and stability
• Produce corporate analytics for C-Level data mining/analysis
• Govern and prioritize global report development activities
