About the Position:
The Finance Internship role is an internship program that provides driven students with real life job experience. The program offers a fast-paced learning environment where the intern can contribute to Salesforce by creating financial models and analysis to evaluate new business opportunities.
• Make important business decisions, complete challenging assignments, and produce resume-worthy work every single day.
• Opportunity to interact with top executive leadership.
• Complete at least two professional projects, which will have a positive impact on the business & our customers
• Create financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives and evaluate new business opportunities
• Build relationships outside of the Indianapolis office by taking part in team outings
Requirements:
• GPA 3.0 or higher
• Foundation of technical knowledge in order to succeed in job function
• Experience with MS Office applications
• Overall work style is effective and productive in terms of time management, planning and setting priorities; ability to execute and follow through on commitments across a variety of work challenges
• Problem solving skills: look beyond the obvious, and use logical thinking to derive appropriate and accurate solutions
• Accountability: display a conscientious commitment to getting the job done while meeting specified time targets; take personal responsibility and ownership of actions
• Initiative: seek out additional responsibility for the benefit of the larger group, while still completing core assignments; proactively can identify areas for process improvement and takes action to implement change
• Communication: express ideas clearly and effectively both in oral and written communications; practice active listening; ask questions
• Flexibility: willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
