Job Responsibilities:

(Description): We have two opportunities for experienced Technical Support Centre Consultants Services team on a permanent full-time basis. In this role key role for our Service and Implementation department, you will provide high level technical support to ensure optimal responsiveness and issue resolution to internal and external clients of ADP, while delivering World Class Service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to requests from both internal and external clients for technical support of our payroll products and associated processing functions · Proactive monitoring of clients processes and taking action to prevent problems when required

  • Responsible for the technical setup and support of the Payforce clients predominantly on the ASP environment

  • Provide remote access and on-site field support for the resolution of technically related issues

  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of ADP’s software and systems in order to fulfil the above duties in an effective manner

  • Provide an exceptional level of Customer Service both verbal and written

  • Respond to queries within Agreed Service Level agreements


Experience, Skills, Academic: Appts must demonstrate the following experience:

  • Demonstrated experience within a Helpdesk/Technical support centre

  • Demonstrated experience within a customer focussed role – internal and external

  • An understanding of Switches, Hubs, Routers, Patch Panels, Modem communications and Remote support concepts

  • Thorough understanding of computer hardware components and ability to resolve hardware problems.


In addition to your tenacity for solving problems with a consistent, controlled and methodical nature, you will also have exceptional customer service capabilities and a genuine desire to engage with internal and external clients to solve technical issues. You will have a high level of initiative and have a natural tendency to be solutions focussed in a high pressure environment. You will thrive under pressure and the ability to work to critical deadlines whilst demonstrating a positive attitude and friendly approach.
