Job Description
Dell Services Federal Government is seeking a career oriented Remedy Developer/Administrator who will support a multi-tenant ITSM environment built on Remedy 8.1. The candidate will directly support the existing client application and assist with onboarding new clients.
Remedy ITSM Developer/Administrator is a junior member of the development/support team and will be responsible to work with other Account Service Managers to design and build workflows and other items to support customers. This person will also support the development team with system maintenance and testing.
Responsibilities include:
* Gather requirements from teams to draft workflows
* Build templates and workflows to support account teams
* Troubleshoot ticketing problems and answer customer questions
* Train users and customers to use the system
* Assist with upgrades and maintenance including testing
* Make recommendations for improvements and enhancements

Required Skills
* Minimum of 5 years Remedy experience
* Minimum of 2 years experience configuring and customizing the Remedy ITSM Suite
* Strong understanding of ITIL
* 2+ years of experience working in a high volume, operations environment
* 2+ years of experience with ITIL processes in fast-paced environment
* 2+ years of experience communicating with customers at all levels
* 3+ years of customer service skills.
* Excellent communications skills, including the ability to write concise analysis summaries and actions reports.
* Strong organization skills and the ability to handle many tasks and projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment with rapidly changing priorities and deadlines.
* Ability to train end users on Remedy ITSM functionality
Desired Skills
* ITILv3 Foundation Certificate
* Remedy version 8.0 experience preferred
* Experience with the development and deployment of catalog of services BMC Remedy Service Request Management (SRM)
* Experience with the development and deployment of SLM (Service Level Management)
* Experience with the configuration and definition of Foundation Data
* Experience with Clustered Microsoft SQL Server
* Experience with Migrations and consolidation of disparate systems into an Enterprise Remedy Infrastructure
Education
HS Diploma or equivalent, Undergraduate degree prefered
Experience
Typically requires at least 8 years relevant experience without a Degree; 3+ years relevant experience with Undergraduate Degree; 2+ years relevant experience with Graduate Degree
