Network Security Director – London Role overview:

Strong business leader with experience managing large consulting organizations. Will have P&L responsibility and full authority for the company's fee-consulting activities within the EMEA territory. Hires and maintains a highly trained staff and ensures adequate staffing and scheduling for customer projects. Works closely with other consulting services groups, managed services groups, finance, sales and marketing managers, partners and executives to develop plans to meet financial, strategic, and “go to market” objectives.



Role Responsibilities:

• Drives security consulting business in EMEA through the implementation of programs to maximize client satisfaction and company's revenues. Director will have responsibility within a wide range of practices involving consultative, advisory, and highly technical services.

o Works closely with leadership to set strategic and tactical goals and ensure that the Director’s sales, revenue, and profit quotas are reasonable and are met or exceeded.

o Works closely with strategic partners, internal Dell organizations, to develop successful practice area growth and execution.

o Oversees the development and innovative design of competitive services, methodologies, and deliverables for successfully competing in the marketplace.

o Manages P&L, budget, and forecasting within the practice

• Oversees the work of EMEA consulting teams directly and through EMEA managers.

o Directs the setting of practice area objectives, performance standards, and priorities through and with managers.

o Hires and maintains a highly trained staff and ensures adequate staffing for client projects

o Works as internal subject matter expert for other departments, especially marketing and product management.

• Works closely with sales executives and managers to develop plans to meet corporate objectives and provide sales support resources.

o Hires and maintains a highly trained internal staff and external resources to ensure adequate staffing for client projects.

o Helps sales team retain and grow business of existing accounts involving practice area.

o Helps marketing team develop appropriate marketing materials, content development, and public speaking.



QualificationsRequired Skills:

• Strong expertise managing P&L’s, and strong financial skills generally

• Excellent business management and leadership skills with the ability to effectively direct the organization’s practice and operations to maximize revenues, profits, and customer satisfaction.

• Excellent knowledge of and ability to sell consultative services

• Excellent time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, human relations, organization, and problem solving skills.

• Experience leading a large consulting services group

• P and L experience

• Technical or professional certifications are highly desirable.
