Dell is looking for a Delivery Management Advisor to join our team as part of this new exciting organization. Through the process of change, we are challenging ourselves to work faster, smarter, and more efficiently. These roles will be a key component in shaping how the business will work in the short, medium, and long term. The success of the candidate will directly affect the overall performance of the regional growth plan.



The Delivery Management Advisor will support our Medicare Advantage program by building and sustaining effective communications with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an effort to maximize the customer experience.



Job Responsibilities:



-Plans, directs, and coordinates the organizational/technical activities required for delivery of the services to ensure technical solution meets contract specifications



-Coordinates the activities of technical solution team members to meet contract obligations



-Provides complex metrics and reporting support to all relevant stakeholders



-Proactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous improvement



-Identifies opportunities for process and procedure enhancements to drive efficiency and customer service levels



-Presents problem analysis and recommended solutions in a creative and logical manner.



-Forecasts, models, and utilizes advanced analytical tools



-Creates new procedures and processes to drive desired results



-Handles diverse range of issues that require evaluation of a variety of factors including current business trends



-Provides process and policy advice and updates management on project/activity status



Qualifications



Required Skills:



-Undergraduate degree and 4-6 years relevant experience, OR graduate degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience



-Solid organizing and planning skills to oversee program deliverables



-Solid priority setting and delegation skills



-Solid analytical, problem solving, negotiation, and organizational skills



Preferences:



-Healthcare experience a plus



-Experience using ikaSystems



- Work in a team environment and demonstrate strong attention to detail



- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills



-Demonstrate professionalism with peers, subordinates, superiors and customers



-Manage time and prioritize effectively; demonstrate an ability to cope with a complex and changing environment
