Google Life Sciences is recruiting a motivated individual with patient care and clinical research experience to join a growing clinical sciences team. The clinical sciences team is engaged at the forefront of novel disease diagnostic technologies and biomarker discovery projects such as the Baseline study. You will support a wide scope of activities in the design, implementation, and conduct of high complexity, large scale clinical studies.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to all aspects of clinical study design, implementation, and conduct, including development of study protocols, informed consent forms, case report forms, and study reports.
- Enable study logistics internally and externally, including biospecimen and data management.
- Manage relationships with clinical site staff and vendors.
- Provide input to patient-facing informational materials.
Minimum qualifications
- Health care professional (MD, RN, NP, or PA) with 2 years of clinical practice experience.
- Experience with clinical trial protocol development and execution, including GCP.
Preferred qualifications
- 2 years of experience in medical device, diagnostics, or drug development.
- Experience supporting large scale, multi-center clinical trials.
- Familiarity with data management and best practices for biospecimen operations.
- Strong track record of success in collaborative team environment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
