Qualifications :


Oracle PeopleSoft is one of the largest ERP software providers being used by over 5000 large enterprises in 140 countries and available in 17 languages. We are hiring ERP Applications Developers for the following PeopleSoft product families:

· FMS - Financial Management System

· ESA - Enterprise Service Automation System

· SCM - Supply Chain Management System

· SRM - Supplier Relationship Management System



Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

· Defect support development with emphasis in the areas of: Billing, Accounting Receivables.

· Debug, fix and unit test product defects of any complexity and handle customer escalations for general availability product releases.



Candidate must have basic understanding of software development life-cycle process and data models used in application design and development. Candidate must be able to debug, fix, and unit test product defects of any complexity and have the ability to handle customer escalations. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel.



Must be fully competent in at least one area of expertise.



Detail Job Description:

· Working as a member of the global development team, writes design documents for large enterprise database applications.

· Build, enhance and write highly complex computer codes for ERP application software according to design documents.

· Troubleshoot, fix and test existing software applications.

· Plan and execute all kinds of software tests to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

· Communicate and coordinate with software developers and QA engineers globally throughout the organization.



General Expectations:

· Bachelor or higher degree in computer science, enterprise software or relevant functional areas.

· Candidates with prior experience in PeopleSoft application support and development, working knowledge of PeopleTools is a plus.

· Experience in accounting and in one or more functional area is desirable. Experience with other equivalent ERP software like Oracle eBS, SAP,UFIDA or Kindee will also be considered.

· RDBMS - conceptual and working knowledge in Oracle, SQL Server or DB2 and preferably SQL tuning skills and solving performance issues.

· Testing Skills - Unit testing of applications developed. Create and build test cases and relate to customer business scenarios/cycles.

· Good and effective communication skills in both written and oral English.



Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.



As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products.



Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
