You will design, develop, troubleshoot and/or test/QA software. Assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs. Develop software features and fixes for post-sales support of Oracle Communications Session Border Controller suite of products. Reproduce, debug and fix software defects. Work closely with customer support and QA teams to aid in the collection of relevant data, reproduction information and provide status updates and details of potential workarounds. Design and implement feature enhancements according to customer requir ements. Write functional and design specifications.
