Due to continued expansion we have vacancies for a Graduate Software Developer to join our EMEA Applications, Development and Maintenance group. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT graduate to gain experience in a dynamic development team. The role will involve extensive travel to our partner sites and customer locations around EMEA to complete an extensive and dedicated training program and client assignments.



Responsibilities:

• Design, evaluate, code, configure, test and document applications based on system and user requirements.


• Use current programming language and technologies, write code, complete programming, and perform testing and debugging of applications.


• Prepare flow charts and systems diagrams to assist in problem analysis.


• Prepare design documentation.


• Prepare test data for unit and parallel testing.


• Evaluate and recommend software and hardware solutions to meet user needs.


• Resolve customer issues with software solutions and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.

QualificationsRequirements:

• A Computer Science Degree or a Degree course with a strong Mathematical and programming content


• Strong programming skills and problem solving ability.


• Good knowledge of databases or SQL.


• Excellent personal organizational skills.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


• Good team player and ability to interact with a multinational and multi-cultural team.


• Professional and mature attitude.


• Willing to travel for training or for interaction with customers.


• Exposure to Java and databases through academic or professional experience.


• Most importantly the candidate must have a passion for software development and programming and be aware of the current trends in the industry.
