The Role:
As a member of the Live Nation Chicago marketing team, your job is to provide advertising and marketing support for assigned events within the Midwest Music region of Live Nation Entertainment. This is an ideal role for someone who has experience within the live music marketing world who wants to advance their skills and work on events of varying genre and size.
Responsibilities:
- Development of marketing and promotional plans for assigned Live Nation events within the Chicago business unit including but not limited to radio, television, print, outdoor, digital and grassroots marketing efforts.
- Manage media partnerships for assigned Live Nation events, including promotional and increased value support
- Execute promotional efforts for assigned Live Nation events
- Help to manage multiple social media accounts for Live Nation Chicago, Wisconsin and Minnesota
- Pursue new social media platforms for additional event coverage
- Compile advertising settlement packages for assigned events
- Review assigned event invoices for accuracy and approve for payment
- Track and distribute all promotional tickets used for concert contesting for assigned events
- Coordinate grass roots level marketing campaigns using retail, street teams and local media partnerships for assigned events
- Work with Live Nation graphic design team on creating collateral for show promotion, including but not limited to digital and street team needs
- Manage on-site marketing needs for assigned events, including contest fulfillment and media/press support.
- Execute additional day to day tasks as needed
