REPORTS TO:                                     VP Product Sales Strategy and Cloud Europe South

This is a very exciting time for Oracle Core Technology as we change from a license sales driven organisation towards more cloud solutions. We need a person with gravitas, leadership skills and the enthusiasm needed to evangelise Oracle's cloud solutions through the Core Technology Business Unit. You will be the 'right hand' of the Country Business Unit Leader in all things Cloud and you will build strong relationships across the sales teams to help them reach their goals.

 

SUMMARY:

  • Lead Infrastructure as a Service & Platform as a Service new Oracle offerings for Database, Java, Business Intelligence, Documents, Integration
  • Active member of the Europe Cloud Community and the Local Leadership Team
  • IaaS & PaaS Booster within Belgium
    • Evangelisation (internally/externally)
    • Content Selection/Definition (sales plays)
    • Sales Enablement
    • Sales Strategy (Strategy, Priorities, Competition, Proposal, Contracts Advise)
    • Customer Facing
    • Demand Generation
    • Partners
    • References
  • Forecast IaaS & PaaS (TCV, ARR) for Belgium
  • Influence and enable the right level of engagement (resources, skills, best practices, exec sponsorship) by the sales teams
  • Best Practices Implementation

 

BUSINESS MANAGEMENT:

 

  • Responsible for setting the organization strategy, and direction to deliver the Objectives
  • Drives flawless execution of IaaS & PaaS business plan using all the available sales channels: Field Sales, Oracle Direct and Partners
  • Exhibits personal credibility & effectively manages internal & external stakeholders, customers & networks
  • Maintains executive relationships in top accounts and with Partners
