ADP is hiring a Compliance Director. In this position, you'll leverage your leadership and compliance expertise to oversee regulatory requirements, assess impact and provide recommendations to the business related to ADP's products, specifically Healthcare ACA, Tax, Tax Credit Services, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Monitors current and pending state and federal laws along with all anti-money laundering regulations, enforcement actions, industry announcements and industry best practices to ensure ADP's products and processes are fully compliant. Assess impact on operations and develop recommendations for any proposed regulatory and legal changes.
  • Create required communication plans and proper course of action for impacted product areas. Coordinate activities with dedicated product compliance directors and Legal Department. Assist business with risk and impact analysis for product changes. Develop necessary IT Business Cases for any required systemic changes. Coordinate with impacted areas along with internal departments to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Identify, develop and oversee all regulatory reporting requirements. Direct Sarbanes Oxley, SAS70, and internal audit compliance assessment, adherence and review. Provide compliance integration expertise for all product changes and acquisition for the products.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • Minimum of 5 years of directly related compliance experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law or other related field
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Primary location is San Dimas, CA. However, candidates in other listed locations may be considered depending on experience.
