Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in performance testing and performance engineering
A hand on experience in functional testing
Knowledge on tool like VSTS, selenium, QTP or any open source tools
Create, review, enhance and maintain test scripts
Execute tests to ensure all development deliverables are production ready.
Author test plans,
Be responsible for reporting results and defects and assisting in the resolution of existing defects.
Understand product / application features / requirements and define Test Strategy, Test Plan and business scenarios
Good experience in debugging and test engineering skills.
Familiarity with .Net & Java programming
Strong knowledge in windows operating system
Knowledge of UNIX desirable.
General understanding of application systems and network elements
Very good communication and interpersonal skills

BE (CS) ,MCA or equivalent with strong test engineering skills.
