Salesforce Marketing Cloud Global Services is seeking professionals in the Dallas, TX area to join the Global Go-to-Market (GTM) Team. The Global GTM Team performs four primary functions for the Global Services organization: messaging, packaging, selling, and partnering. This posting supports the selling function.

The GTM Services Sales Consultant performs the core duties listed above, along with the following responsibilities:

• Working as a strategic participant as part of a sales team to position, articulate the value, scope, and contract Salesforce Marketing Cloud services.
• Creating and presenting custom pitch decks centred around Salesforce Marketing Cloud services.
• Creating estimates, proposals, and Statements of Work.
• Negotiating scope, price and contracts for Professional Services engagements for both an internal and client facing audience.
• Effectively manage opportunities with Salesforce and maintain a highly accurate sales forecast.
• Operating proactively as opposed to reactively, anticipating issues and averting them before they occur.
• Leading initiatives for process and efficiency improvement within the GTM Services community.
• Participating in candidate interviews and mentors new team members.
• Creating new content and best practices to be used within the GTM Services community.
• Presenting at large company and customer events including Dreamforce and Connections.

Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree required. MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of consulting or enterprise software experience with a minimum of 2 years social/digital/email experience with an agency or consultancy.
• Experience in determining Services approach, writing Proposals, Statements of Work, and working in a pre-sales environment for an enterprise software or consulting company preferably in the digital marketing space.
• Experience in end-to-end negotiation of Professional Services agreements for an enterprise software or consulting organization.
• Track record of being able to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
• Strong understanding of current digital marketing advertising technologies - especially Email, listening and analysis platforms, social CRM.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in facilitation.
• Ability to build and grow strong trusted advisor relationships.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
• Intensity, drive and the desire to succeed.
• Aggressive, go-getter attitude.
• Resourceful and creative problem solving skills.
• Strong commitment to customer success and quality in all aspects of work.
• Passionate about digital marketing, emerging technologies and delivering client success.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
• Possess strong negotiation and deal management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to objection handle up to a C-level, exemplary interpersonal skills, and an expert at understanding critical issues and taking quick yet well-considered decisions to resolve customer issues.
• Act as a thought leader in your customer interactions leveraging your best practice and product experience and use it to drive innovation with prospects, customers, and partners.
