Oracle Fusion Competency Lead

We are currently looking for an Oracle Fusion Architect & Competency Lead to join our Services Team. This is an exciting new role in the organization that will establish and lead the Global Oracle Fusion Practice.



The Oracle Fusion Architect & Competency Lead willoversee the implementation planning, fit gap analysis, application configuration, and quality assurance testing efforts. You will own Business (Revenue and Margin) as primary targets for the entire Fusion applications stack including CRM, HCM, Financials, GRC, Procurement/Supply chain & Fusion Middleware.



***This is a virtual/remote role which will require 75% travel



Responsibilities will include:

- Create Fusion Delivery capabilities and processes based on best practices

- Single point of ownership for delivery of Fusion projects

- Independently lead large project implementations & accounts

- Proactively create Fusion Solutions, Competencies and Capabilities

- Conduct functional overview sessions, functional testing

- Fusion Market & Opportunity Sizing, ensuring focus on high growth areas within the Fusion stack

- Lead the creation of differentiators and market leading service capabilities for Oracle Fusion

- Assist Sales / Pre-Sales/ Solution creation efforts

- Generate credible leads, individually pursuing and spear-heading Fusion opportunities

- Work closely with Oracle Sales Practitioners to deliver on Business Targets

- Build and nurture a Partner Alliance & strong relationship with Oracle in the Fusion Applications space, and deliver on partnership objectives

- Effectively communicate with customer C-Level Executives, Customer Decision Makers, Business Users, and End users, as well as off-shore and near-shore team members



QualificationsRequirements



- Undergraduate degree and 8-10 years relevant experience in Oracle Application Product Stacks (Oracle, PeopleSoft etc.)

- 2-4 years of experience delivering Oracle Fusion Applications as a Practice or Delivery lead

- Ability to successfully build and own Delivery organization Oracle Fusion Applications

- Proven Ability in establishing and leading large Practices in Global Delivery models

- Demonstrable Functional experience in one or more Fusion Applications – HCM, Finance, Procurement/SCM etc.

- Experience working with a global delivery teams (Onshore, Off-shore and near-shore resources), coordinating work efforts and ensuring project delivery dates are met on time and within budget
