Interaction with the customer.
l focuses on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards.
l builds strong customer relationships.
l focuses on either retention / development of existing customers or new account/business acquisition.
l Drives Dell’s initiatives down into assigned account set/territory while delivering revenue, units, margin, enterprise, and services revenue.
l Teams with internal Dell resources and leads the cross functional sales team in making the best business decisions
Qualifications
l identifies appropriate products and services to meet the full range of customer needs.
l identifies cost effective and practical alternatives for the customer by bundling products/service “solutions” to maximize Dell’s opportunity while meeting customer’s needs.
l Point of contact for escalated issues.
l Models effective team behavior.
l skillfully negotiates with others to achieve desired results/meet customer needs.
l be aggressive attitude and overtime work ability
l Good communication and negotiation ability with functional team
l Fluency oral and write ability in English
l 6-8 years of sales experience.
l 2-4 years of related, industry or segment experience
