This role is a full-lifecycle opportunity with responsibilities for identifying, sourcing, screening, and closing candidates while also ensuring a quality and professional candidate experience.
Qualified candidates for this position will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree or related role-based recruiting experience ideally within a fast paced organization.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers at all levels within the organization.
- Have experience with applicant tracking systems and significant experience with passive candidate sourcing.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn as a recruiting tool.
- Have a client-focused and customer-centric attitude and aptitude.
- Be familiar with the talent landscape and keep up-to-date with information regarding trends in the market and places to mine great talent, including tech blogs, trade journals, academic institutions, alumni associations, conferences, etc.
- Have an understanding of—and ideally experience recruiting for—the following disciplines:
- Consumer / Member; B2B and B2C; Social Media; Platform; Advertising; Enterprise; Subscription; Online; Acquisition/Engagement; Product; Website; Operations
- Corporate Communications; Consumer PR; Enterprise PR; Internal Communications; Change Communications; Integrated Communications; Social Impact

Requirements & Expectations:
- Lead by example while providing recruitment support to the Global Customer Operations team
- Own the recruiting cycle from end to end, spanning all areas and disciplines within the marketing team
- Drive technology, process and teamwork to enhance the recruitment process
- Proactively recruit passive talent to join LinkedIn
- Partner with Hiring Managers by providing guidance, expertise, and talent advising to hire the best talent for our team
- Elevate the candidate experience by adopting our “Members First” company value
- Deliver against set metrics to provide consistent results and data-backed progress to continue moving the needle in our hyper-growth environment
