Role Description:
Create, maintain, and iterate on amazing applications that run SFDC's Lead-to-Opportunity functions using Java, Force.com, and 3rd party APIs. The Force.com Developer will report to the Manager of IT Systems Engineering and be a key member of an innovative technology team.
Required Qualifications
Proficiency with Java or similar OOP language, including design patterns
Experience with Web Development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Strong database concepts and data modeling capabilities
Experience3 with Web Services using SOAP, REST
Agile / Kanban experience a plus
Experience with UX / UI design a plus
Knowledge / experience in Force.com platform (APEX, Visual Force) is a strong plus
Experience with Salesforce products (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Marketing Cloud) a strong plus
Functional experience and knowledge of Lead to Opportunity business processes is a strong plus
SFDC DEV-401 Certification desired, SFDC DEV-501 Certification preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated application development and project management skills
Proven leadership, prioritization, and analytical skills
Service focused, impact driven
Proven ability to design and optimize technical systems in support of organizational process
B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or other technical field
