We’re looking for a talented marketer for LinkedIn Talent Solutions. You’ll support our overall business goals of customer acquisition targeting small and medium businesses.



We're looking for Marketers with lots of drive and energy to support our growing global Marketing organization. Strategic thinkers who are passionate, analytical and detailed are encouraged to apply.



What you will do:


  • Own campaign from end-to-end, which span initiatives including top of the funnel engagement, conversion, onboarding / retention, and win back

  • Ruthless prioritization: Use data and insights to establish priorities across initiatives, including audiences, products, and customer stage

  • Concept / Idea generation: Partner with the content and design teams to develop creative concepts into deployable digital assets, including email acquisition and nurture, web experiences, and more, considering the member’s experience across devices

  • AB testing and analysis: Conduct extensive A/B testing, in partnership with the Business Analytics and Marketing Ops teams to test new ideas and maximize impact. Get knee deep in LinkedIn data with our analytics teams, to understand results, signals and trends

  • Cross functional collaboration: Work closely with product marketing team to execute go-to-market strategy on new product launches and initiatives

  • Business ownership: Own acquisition numbers, proactively understand variances and key drivers, work with the product and finance teams in developing business forecast.

  • Elevate and inspire business partners and peers: Work cross functionally with Product Marketing, SMB Field Team, SMB Customer Marketing, Business Analytics, Product & FP&A




Who you are:


  • Analytical: understand impact of campaigns (especially tests) by analyzing results (including web analytics) to understand what is working and not working to provide data driven recommendations and incorporate lessons learned

  • Experience with integrated marketing channels, including email marketing, display ads, etc.

  • Creative idea generation, including writing copy, developing campaign ideas

  • Communication: Ability to clearly identify the key findings from reams of data to an executive level audience

  • Customer Centric: Understand motivations, purchase behavior of the small businesses

  • Leadership: Ability to handle a ton of balls in the air - and lots of ad hoc inbound questions result. Stellar at prioritizing, operating in ambiguity, and having good judgment for when to dive into the details vs. when to let go of things that aren’t priorities

  • Experience or interest in learning SQL

  • Preferred, not required: experience with ecommerce and freemium model




How you’ll measure success:


  • SMB online bookings (new, recurring, sourced, influenced)

  • Free-to-paid conversion for products purchased online

  • Funnel (percent engaged, acquired)

  • Product usage, upsell, and success metrics
