Role Overview
The Commercial Sales and Enterprise Solutions group is looking for an Inside Sales Account Mgmt II who will be responsible to drive inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interface to focus on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers.
Role Responsabilities
• Functions as the overall account manager including leading transactional sales, partnering with outside sales and/or the channel (as applicable) and both strategy and execution.
• May focus on new account development and/or expanding existing accounts.
Qualifications
Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree, technical
college or some college course work preferred.
· 1- 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Advanced knowledge of applicable Dell technology, products, and services and is able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs.
